Mail

Your mail is delivered to your mailbox in your respective residence hall’s lobby.

Packages

All packages, no matter what residence hall you stay in, are delivered to the Package Room. When your package arrives we will log in the information and send you a confirmation email. That email will give you instructions on how, where, and when you can pick up your package. The package room’s entrance is located on the outside of Blazer Hall facing the circle. Package room hours vary depending on the time of year.

Fall/Spring Hours

Sunday: 4pm - 8pm
Monday-Friday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Summer Hours

Sunday: 4pm - 8pm
Monday-Friday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Break Hours-vary and you will need to check your email during those times.

For Your Information

• Make sure the package says your complete name and not just your first name or someone else's name because then it will be sent back to the sender.
• If you are unable to pick up your package and want someone else to pick it up for you then you need to email studenthousing@uab.edu from your uab account and cc the individual who you want to pick up the package for you.
• Sometimes FedEx/UPS will state that your package has arrived before you receive a notification from us-if you can wait until you receive a notification from us to come ask for your package that will help tremendously as it ensure that your package is tracked and logged completely.
