Are local area Fall 2020 Freshmen still going to be required to live on campus? If yes, why? If there is a "hybrid" schedule and local students can commute from home why would they need to reside in the dorm for 3 months? Is spring semester going to be online or hybrid as well? Are costs for meals and housing going to be adjusted if they are still required to be in campus housing for the reduced time?
